• Develop, refine, and deliver advanced life insurance planning strategies across business, estate, and personal planning contexts • Create and publish white papers, sales concepts, and presentation materials addressing current legislative and regulatory issues that influence life insurance strategies • Design and lead advisor training programs — both in-person and virtual — to strengthen understanding of advanced life insurance applications and sales concepts • Partner with field leadership, advisors, and other trusted professionals (attorneys, CPAs, planners) to craft client-specific solutions that drive measurable results • Serve as a technical resource and thought leader representing the company in conferences, webinars, and key client meetings • Monitor pending legislation, tax developments, and regulatory trends, interpreting their impact on insurance and estate planning • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure messaging and materials align with advanced planning concepts and legal accuracy • Supporting and Training internal team on concepts and updates in market • Supporting and developing life cases with FA’s and sales team
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) required
- Advanced credentials (CLU®, ChFC®, CFP®) highly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in advanced life insurance planning, advanced markets, or similar consultative roles within the financial services industry
- Brokerage Industry experience is a plus
- Proven ability to develop compelling, compliant, and results-driven sales concepts, training platforms, and technical content
- Deep understanding of business owner, estate, and personal life insurance planning practices and products
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills with experience addressing both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated success driving growth and advisor engagement through concept adoption and case support
- Willingness to travel up to 20%

Role Description Votre mission principale consistera à : - Assurer la gestion administrative des navires de plaisance et des établissements de formation à la conduite en mer; - Accueillir et renseigner les usagers tant particuliers que professionnels; - Accompagner les usagers dans la dématérialisation de leurs démarches; - Instruire les demandes pour délivrer un certificat d'enregistrement ou de radiation d'un navire; - Contribuer à l'identification des propriétaires des épaves ou navires abandonnés; - Valider les permis de conduire des bateaux de plaisance à moteur à délivrer et leurs duplicatas; - Participer à la validation de l'inscription des candidats au permis et à l'organisation, ainsi qu'à la surveillance, des examens théoriques de l'extension hauturière; - Participer à l'instruction des demandes d'agrément des établissements de formation et à leur contrôle. Vous serez également mobilisé pour participer au tour de remplacement de l'agent chargé de l'accueil physique et téléphonique du public des différents services hébergés sur le site de Sète; En raison de l'évolution des missions et de l'organisation du service, vos missions sont susceptibles d'évoluer. Vous dépendez hiérarchiquement du chef de l'unité Activités Maritimes et de son adjoint. Un référent du pôle Plaisance, de catégorie B, assure un rôle d'appui et de superviseur qualité. Vous entretenez des relations extérieures avec vos homologues des départements littoraux, la mission nautisme et plaisance de la DGAMPA, les particuliers et les professionnels (distributeurs, bateaux-écoles, ports de plaisance). Qualifications - Goût pour la réglementation de la plaisance et du monde maritime, des connaissances dans ce domaine seraient appréciées; - Sens de l'organisation et maîtrise des outils informatiques; - Goût des contacts, capacité de gestion des conflits et esprit d'équipe.
