• Deliver growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets by owning the sales cycle from product presentation, value proposition, negotiation, and deal closure. • As you develop the sales opportunity, you will identify the necessary decision-makers and influencers of the prospective deal, working multiple stakeholders to make the close. • You will be expected to understand our market, find creative ways to engage our potential customers, continually refine your sales tactics, and amplify our value proposition to clinicians and clinical operators. • Inform product and marketing strategy. • Understand the pain points and key business objectives of prospective partners. • Provide strategic insights and feedback to the Product and Operations teams on what is working and what is not, to drive increased sales velocity and adoption. • Occasionally, you will work cross-functionally with our Marketing team on external-facing promotional and marketing materials. • Enable customer success. • Collaborate with internal ops and our customer success team to transition new customers onto the platform after close and set-up these customers to realize the product’s value. • Own strategic community building. • Collaborate with our sales and business development teams to prospect for new opportunities and nurture existing relationships to convert targeted prospects into lifelong customers. • Build a reputation and network in the community – get people excited to talk to you. • Partner with CEO and other key team members on roadshow opportunities, locally and on the national stage.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years prior inside sales experience in B2B SaaS preferred
- Experience working with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work within a team toward individual and collective goals
- Effective communication in all forms (written, verbal, and in-person)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; attention to detail
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Active listener with a passion for solving problems
- Willingness to maintain a high level of activity including daily call counts, email communication, and meetings with prospects
- Ability to travel on a quarterly basis
