We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Patient Billing Contact Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support our clients’ patient billing operations by providing exceptional service, accurate documentation, and a strong commitment to compliance. This is a remote position for those that reside in = AL, FL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY Qualifications - Experience in a call center, healthcare billing, or patient support environment preferred. - Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to work with confidential information while maintaining compliance standards. - Comfort using EMR, CRM, and related systems. - High attention to detail and a patient‑first mindset. - Problem-solving and transaction accuracy. - Adaptability to evolving billing systems and standards. - Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Responsibilities - Handle incoming patient billing calls and inquiries, providing clear, professional, and empathetic support. - Process and accurately document patient payment plans. - Verify and update insurance information. - Educate patients on billing concepts, statements, insurance coverage, and payment options. - Document all call outcomes and related follow‑up actions in the client’s EMR and CRM systems. - Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and all applicable regulations, including PCI and HIPAA. - Support a positive patient experience with every interaction. - Interpret and explain claim notes to patients. - Verify and audit insurance information for completeness and accuracy Pay and Benefits - Starting pay - $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) - Work hours - Shifts between 6:00am-6:00 pm (MST) ; Work Days - Mon-Fri - Paid Training - typically 2 weeks from 7:00am-3:30pm (MST) - Status - Full Time / 40 hours per week Equipment Provided - Equipment will be shipped to you for full time employees. - Must have verified internet service(secure, reliable and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection.)
