Regional Manager

Clearway Energy Group

• Lead the operational performance, safety, and reliability of assigned wind assets. • Establish and execute standardized operating procedures and a comprehensive risk management framework to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset efficiency, output, and profitability. • Oversee and optimize Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Maintenance Management Systems to support best-in-class operations. • Partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment with commercial agreements, risk mitigation strategies, and performance objectives. • Lead the management and negotiation of operational contracts, including service agreements and vendor relationships. • Represent the company on joint venture and operating committees for co-owned assets. • Provide leadership and direction to internal teams and contractors, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and safety-focused culture. • Manage, coach, and develop direct reports, including goal setting, performance management, and career development planning. • Design and evolve the operations organization to support growth and scalability of the renewable energy portfolio. • Collaborate with Human Resources and senior leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent. • Lead the long-term strategy for self-performance of the wind fleet, including workforce planning and transition from third-party operators.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership within the utility or energy industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing geographically dispersed assets, including operations, maintenance, performance optimization, and outage management.
  • Experience in wind, solar, geothermal, gas generation, or related energy technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate technical expertise into actionable business outcomes.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The Regional Manager will lead all aspects of the commercial development of Inspire Therapy to treat Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) in a defined geographic region. The Regional Manager will hire exceptional sales and clinical support talent. Execute the commercial plan consistent with Inspire’s stated objectives. The Installation Manager will support the installation of new and renewal business sales. This position is responsible for managing tasks from post-sale and continuing through for active clients. The Installation Manager will focus on completing set-up milestones, supporting group and broker escalations throughout the year.
