Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences
- Five years of previous training experience
- Two years of previous management experience, preferably in the training or learning development space
- Two years of previous BPO experience, preferably
- Two years of previous technical support experience and/or logistical and transportation experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Travel required, up to 25% of the time
- Strong will to learn and adapt to quick change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours

Switchboard is seeking a limited-term Mapping and Referral Coordinator to play a key role in advancing Switchboard’s community-facing technical assistance and capacity-building portfolio from April – September 2026. The Mapping and Referral Coordinators will support identifying, organizing, and connecting community partners to critical resources and services for ORR-eligible populations. This role is responsible for expanding on existing state-level resource mapping by researching, verifying, and documenting programs offered by ORR-funded initiatives, government agencies, local nonprofits, and community organizations across the U.S. The coordinator will strengthen Switchboard’s referral system by establishing referral pathways to mapped community resources, and initiating referrals based on location, eligibility, and need. The Referral & Mapping Coordinator will report to the Senior Program Officer for State and Community Capacity Building (SCCB) and will work closely with the SCCB team and other Switchboard partners. Maintenance and Housekeeping Coordinator (Remote, Mexico City) Beachside Vacation Rentals (BeachsideVR) Compensation: $1,000 - $1,400 USD / month About Us Beachside Vacation Rentals manages a growing portfolio of over 300 short-term rental properties across Florida’s Space Coast. Our focus is operational consistency, property performance, and delivering a reliable experience for both guests and owners. Position Summary We are hiring a Maintenance and Housekeeping Coordinator to oversee and manage maintenance operations and support housekeeping scheduling across the portfolio. This is a remote role based in Mexico City supporting field teams in Florida. The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can prioritize, dispatch, and manage a high volume of tasks simultaneously while maintaining clear communication and accountability. This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have direct industry experience and a working knowledge of residential maintenance systems.
