Our focus is operational consistency, property performance, and delivering a reliable experience for both guests and owners. Position Summary We are hiring a Maintenance and Housekeeping Coordinator to oversee and manage maintenance operations and support housekeeping scheduling across the portfolio. This is a remote role based in Mexico City supporting field teams in Florida. The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can prioritize, dispatch, and manage a high volume of tasks simultaneously while maintaining clear communication and accountability. This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have direct industry experience and a working knowledge of residential maintenance systems.
