About the role The Project Manager is a critical role responsible for planning, coordinating, overseeing, and executing the clinical trials in alignment with the organization's standards and the sponsor's requirements. They serve as the primary liaison for all project-related communications, ensuring that trials are progressing according to plan and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical project management within a Contract Research Organization (CRO), biotech, or pharmaceutical company. - In-depth understanding of clinical trials, including planning, execution, and regulatory requirements. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. - Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
