The Centers is seeking Full-time School-Based Behavioral Health Therapists to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with persons served and other providers to assure that the mental, emotional, and psychosocial needs of clients are addressed. Services are primarily provided in the school/community/home with the availability of telehealth as clinically indicated. Salary: From $55,180-$72,985 based upon years of licensing Job Qualifications - Master’s degree in Social Work, or Counseling with an LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC in good standing in the state of Ohio - A valid driver’s license in the State of Ohio with access to an insured vehicle for client transportation. Must not have a 6-point violations and ability to obtain and maintain bodily injury/property coverage of $100,000/$300,000 Work Location: Community-Based Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities - Collaborate with school personnel to identify students needing behavioral health services and facilitate the referral process. - Contact and meet parents/caregivers of children who have been referred for behavioral health services for the purpose of intake, consent to treat, and psychiatric diagnostic evaluations. - Provide individual counseling, therapeutic behavioral support, parent guidance and family interventions. - Provide group counseling/therapeutic behavioral support/prevention groups as needed. - Integrate behavioral health with the client’s health needs and refer for appropriate medical, dental, psychiatric and other psychosocial service needs. - Responsible for the timely completion of clinical documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards. - Meet productivity expectations. - Opportunity to become trained in Early Child Mental Health screenings, assessment/diagnosis, and provision of community-based consultation and/or therapeutic services during summer months with youth (0-5) and their families.
