Responsibilities - Work with business and technical leaders to understand data needs. - Design and document clear and simple data solutions. - Build and support data pipelines using Spark and PySpark. - Create and maintain data models for reports and analytics. - Write and improve SQL queries in systems like Teradata and Databricks. - Use AI tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to help write, improve, and document code. - Set up and support CI/CD pipelines for smooth code deployment. - Manage and schedule jobs using Databricks Workflows. - Monitor data jobs and fix issues to keep systems running well. - Follow best practices for testing, code reviews, and automation. - Take part in Agile meetings, including planning and daily stand‑ups. - Look for new tools and ideas to improve team work and data quality.
