• Design, implement, test and optimize end-to-end RAG pipelines • Develop high-quality datasets for training and evaluation • Assist in the deployment of LLM-based applications, collect and analyze user feedback, and drive iterative improvements • Evaluate LLM applications on metrics like correctness, latency, and hallucination • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as product, infrastructure, and security leads • Help define and grow our engineering culture, processes and tools

• Partner with our Backend and Product teams to build a highly responsive and intuitive web app • Help craft the frontend for features that connect software tools, aggregate and report on data • Implement reusable components and libraries, build and maintain a style guide for app consistency • Drive efforts to continuously improve the efficiency, stability, and scalability of our software • Help define and grow our engineering culture, processes and tools
