You will coordinate with various departments to confirm order details, track order status, and resolve any discrepancies. Responsibilities - Enter customer orders into the system accurately and promptly. - Verify order details with customers and internal departments. - Coordinate with inventory and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Resolve order issues or discrepancies and communicate updates to relevant parties. - Maintain organized records of orders and changes. - Assist with reporting and order tracking as needed. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in order entry or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with order management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
