This position not only requires detailed planning but also demands strong leadership to foster collaboration across departments. - Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans aligning with business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product launches. - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful outcomes. - Serve as the main point of communication for launch-related updates. - Create and maintain detailed launch documentation and reports. - Coordinate training materials and sessions for internal teams. - Oversee quality checks to ensure launch activities meet standards. - Conduct post-launch evaluations and gather feedback for improvement. - Continuously refine and improve launch processes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field. - PMP certification or equivalent preferred. - 5+ years of experience in product operations or program management. - Proven success in leading complex product launches. - Experience managing workflows in Aha! for product planning. - Familiarity with Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). - Demonstrated ability to design and scale operational processes. - Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives. - Ability to coach and influence teams effectively.
