About the Role: CrowdStrike is seeking an Enterprise Renewal Sales Specialist to join our Global Renewals Management Function within our GTM organization. As a key sales specialist function, the Enterprise Renewal Sales Specialist is critical to CrowdStrike’s ability to achieve sustainable retention of key accounts, protect annual recurring revenue (ARR), and drive operational discipline in the field for renewal management. This critical teammate will be responsible for retaining and growing CRWD’s renewals by driving customer centric renewal strategy and execution. What You’ll Do: - Protect and Grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by supporting the Strategic and - Enterprise Field Sales team in securing renewal contracts in advance of expiration - Collaborate with the Strategic and Enterprise Field Sales team on renewal strategy and drive commercial Renewal/Flex alignment - Support the execution of an expansion strategy around the renewal (Flex, Reflex, Upsell) - Drive smooth renewal execution and close process (negotiate commercial terms, price uplift capture, conversion of a Renewal to Flex) - Proactively review, prepare and present renewal sales offers to enterprise renewal seller 90-120 days in advance of contract expiration - Ownership of contract processes and Flex activations - Research customer license purchase and utilization and make recommendations on renewal proposal - Structure renewal scenarios including conversion to our Flex GTM offering, consolidations, and module upgrades - Serve as a subject matter expert on subscription management and Renewals for our enterprise customers - Flag any risk early on in out quarter renewals in your territory and drive accurate renewals forecast - Collaborate with Field sales and Customer Value Architects on any accounts at risk and risk mitigation strategies - Be a trusted resource for sales on the enterprise renewal sales process and sales business policies What You’ll Need: - Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Cybersecurity preferre - Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue business model - 5 years of experience in Enterprise Renewals, Deal Support, Contract Management or Customer Success - Previous experience managing SaaS Subscription renewals process - Experience and proficiency with MS Excel - Prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ - Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment over multiple engagements - Tech savvy & excited to work in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional communication skills and strong business partnership with sale - Ability to work independently or in a team environment - Extreme attention to detail and highly organized #LI-AR3 #LI-Remote Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: - Market leader in compensation and equity awards - Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs - Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge - Paid parental and adoption leaves - Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role - Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections - Vibrant office culture with world class amenities - Great Place to Work Certified™ across the globe CrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
