• Be passionate and knowledgeable about our proprietary software products in order to successfully plan, execute, and support all client implementations and upgrades, while attentively managing client expectations • Provide leadership in planning and execution of all post-implementation production support, including internal and external stakeholder management, prioritization, and quality assurance • Provide business process subject matter guidance and assistance to all team members using industry best practices • Proactively participate and engage with developers and architects, designing specifications to enhance all products while focusing on business value • Assist in daily management, prioritization, and administration of backlog, as well as internal and external project mandates • Assist developers and quality assurance (QA) groups in the QA process to produce high-quality products that meet client and internal specifications as well as high technical standards • Meet critical project deadlines • Generate ideas for how our solutions can make our customers more successful.
Job Requirements
- Desire to learn and dive into the product as a subject matter expert to support clients and stakeholders
- A can-do attitude and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work
- Eagerness to grow within a company and learn
- Understanding of Microsoft operating systems and server technologies
- Experience with MS-SQL Server and/or database structures and principles
- A strong understanding of Reporting Services would be an asset
- Clear understanding and agile, Kanban, and full software development life cycle
- Solid understanding of Project Management Principles
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development projects business analysis and/or application support with exposure to large-scale enterprise support implementation required
- Solid background in asset backed structured finance, securitization, and accounting principles is desired, background in finance at least is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to present to and train groups of people in a clear and concise manner are essential
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science or Applied Science is preferred
- CFA designation and/or PMP certification is an asset
- Autonomous self-starter with a preference for a collaborative, agile work environment.
