Key Responsibilities - Revenue Generation: Drive growth by selling high-value commercial placements and strategic brand partnerships across our entire tech media ecosystem. - Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Relentlessly manage the entire process—from aggressive outbound prospecting and pitching to high-stakes negotiation and closing. - Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline through consistent, high-volume outbound activity via email, LinkedIn, and direct digital engagement. - Tailored Pitching: Identify high-potential partners across tech and e-commerce to develop and pitch custom solutions, including sponsorships and bespoke integrations. - Performance Optimization: Track and optimize your own performance metrics, focusing on pipeline health, conversion rates, and hitting revenue targets. - Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of campaigns and long-term partnership success. What We’re Looking For - Proactive Mindset: 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development with a proven ability to generate your own pipeline through outbound activity. - North American Presence: Must be US or Canadian based to ensure alignment with our primary partner base and market hours. - Execution Bias: You thrive in high-volume, performance-driven environments and have a natural "bias for action." - Remote Discipline: Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to maintain high activity levels and manage a book of business autonomously. - Resilient Communicator: Strong pitching and negotiation skills with the resilience to handle rejection while maintaining momentum. - Incentive-Driven: Highly motivated by clear targets, performance incentives, and a lucrative commission-based compensation structure. - Outcome-Focused: A relentless focus on measurable results and the ability to operate comfortably in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment. Compensation & Growth - Competitive Compensation: A performance-driven pay structure, including a base retainer and a high-upside, tiered commission model designed to reward high-volume revenue generation. - Meritocratic Environment: Clear pathways for professional advancement within a global digital media organization that recognizes and rewards top-tier results. - Remote Flexibility: The autonomy to manage your book of business in a fully remote capacity across North America. - Industry Access: Work alongside a passionate, dedicated team of industry leaders at the intersection of tech, media, and commerce.
