Job Requirements

  • minimum of 8 years of related procurement work experience or related is required
  • prior experience leading large-scale projects and making decisions at a strategic level
  • experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts
  • ability to provide guidance to junior staff members and operate with limited supervision
  • demonstrated competence in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
  • exceptional negotiation and drafting skills are required to handle contracts and vendor communications

Operational Excellence• Oversee execution of the procure-to-pay (p2p) lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of contracts, onboarding, and vendor documentation.• Guide the team in executing Workday (personnel), Coupa (procurement), and Oracle (financial) system transactions.• Ensure proper classification of contracts under the Contingent Worker taxonomy.• Govern the creation and review of Statements of Work and third-party agreements.• Monitor invoice processing, payment workflows, and documentation for accuracy and compliance. Stakeholder & Supplier Management• Serve as the primary escalation point for internal business partners and external vendors.• Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements, resolve issues, and improve end-to-end delivery.• Strengthen vendor relationships and ensure alignment with operational expectations.• Support integration and coordination efforts related to Advisors Delivery and The Source platforms.
