Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for a Croatian Speaking Travel Representative to join our expanding team in the tourism industry. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional travel support and booking services to Croatian-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Key Responsibilities - Assist Croatian-speaking customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and itinerary planning through multiple communication channels. - Provide tailored travel recommendations that meet client preferences and budget requirements. - Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services with precision and care. - Resolve customer issues promptly, delivering excellent service and maintaining client satisfaction. - Stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and promotional deals to offer clients up-to-date information. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings using CRM systems for effective follow-up.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in the tourism or travel industry, particularly in customer service or booking roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
  • Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations is preferred.
