• Analyze vendor invoices and create and process rebilled invoices, mapping billing rates, as well as identify discrepancies and opportunities for savings. • Investigate telecom usage charges with the help of invoices and customer service representatives. • Prepare and ensure that month-end activities are executed on a timely basis, i.e. • Prepare system charge back department journals, do relevant bill/ledger reconciliations & Telco accruals, and work with Suppliers on ensuring current ageing debts are resolved. • Prepare Monthly Reports as required. • Resolve Telco and business group queries related to invoices and payments information on a timely basis. • Run and analyze reports: AP and Accrual reports. • Work with Clients and Internal Sakon representatives during US hours and chase vendors as required. • Maintain a telecom inventory database (MACD: Move, Add, Change, Disconnection). • In addition, you will be responsible for such other duties as Sakon may assign to you from time to time, i.e. review of invoice processing during stabilizations period, back-up function, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

The GIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining high‑quality, accurate, and current GIS data records within Irth and Avangrid’s Real Estate ArcGIS Enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless spatial and tabular data alignment between Irth and ArcGIS Enterprise. This role performs advanced GIS data management, generation, spatial analysis, map creation, reporting, and workflow support to ensure that land, assets, and operational datasets are reliable and consistent across systems. The Analyst serves as a technical resource with a key role in validating, reconciling, and troubleshooting data discrepancies across systems. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with enterprise GIS platforms, and experience supporting operational work management or land management systems. The Analyst will maintain and publish datasets between the ArcGIS Platform and the Irth Platform. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Irth GIS Data Ownership - Maintain and update all GIS layers and attribute data within Irth and the ArcGIS Enterprise, ensuring compliance with internal data standards and operational requirements. - Perform QA/QC on spatial and tabular data before and after sync events between Irth and ArcGIS. - Monitor data workflows, identify errors, and implement corrective actions to ensure Irth remains the authoritative operational dataset. ArcGIS Integration & Data Consistency - Maintain alignment between Irth GIS layers and ArcGIS Enterprise/ArcGIS Online datasets. - Reconcile discrepancies between systems, including geometry mismatches, attribute conflicts, and schema variations. - Support periodic or scheduled synchronization processes, ensuring that all data transfers meet accuracy and completeness standards. GIS & Data Management - Develop, revise, and maintain GIS datasets, maps, sketches, and technical drawings. - Capture, edit, and integrate spatial data including land parcels, environmental layers, easements, field locations, and operational assets. - Interpret field notes, marked drawings, digital sketches, and communications to update GIS layers. Ensure that all spatial datasets reflect real‑world field conditions and remain consistent across systems. Analysis, Reporting & Visualization - Create high‑quality web maps, diagrams, and data visualizations in support of operations, engineering, planning, and land management functions. - Support management with land, asset, and resource analysis using GIS tools and spatial techniques. Technical Leadership & Support - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on GIS functions within Irth and related systems. - Train other internal users on data standards, GIS tools, and workflows. Provide advanced user support for GIS-related workflows, troubleshooting issues related to mapping, data entry, or system functionality QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. - 3–7 years of professional GIS experience, preferably in utilities, energy, telecommunications, or land management. - Strong proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise/Portal, ArcGIS Online, and spatial data management workflows. - Experience working with or supporting work management systems such as Irth (preferred) or similar platforms. - Knowledge of cartography, spatial analysis techniques, GPS workflows, and data integration practices. - Ability to interpret field notes, survey documents, parcel descriptions, and engineering sketches. - Familiarity with Municipal Parcel boundary definitions and landowner information.
