• Own the design and implementation of internal tools and infrastructure that directly support our revenue teams. • Build AI agents to automate processes, surface insights, and integrate data across multiple tools and resources. • Partner with strategy and operations teams to deeply understand the customer and sales lifecycle, then automate, optimize, and reimagine it with code. • Own & launch experiments to identify new ways to scale and optimize ElevenLabs operations, and drive their development and implementation. • Design and deliver technical enablement that makes insights actionable across the ElevenLabs teams, through education, tooling, and streamlined workflows. • Be a force multiplier: rapidly prototype and deploy full-stack features that have immediate business impact.

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and locate their biggest pain points. • Identify relevant use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with Engineers to implement our voice and audio AI technology into innovative solutions. • Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers, ensuring our technology fits seamlessly into their products and operations. • Guide customers on best practices for implementing our voice and audio AI models to maximize their effectiveness. • Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives. • Collaborate with our Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into ElevenLabs' software products and AI models. • Build and deliver compelling demos of our voice and audio AI technology to new and existing customers. • Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally. • Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for our most strategic partners, working hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions. • Collaborate daily with our customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal implementation of ElevenLabs' technologies.

• Working closely with your team to develop features, enhancements, and bug fixes for enterprise-level website projects • Collaborating with developers from other teams to create modular, extensible PHP and JS solutions (plugins, packages, blocks, and components) for reuse across projects • Converting acceptance criteria into proposals for implementation, estimating the required effort, and planning tasks together with your team lead • Communicating with the client about technical requirements, reporting progress, and clarifying issues • Ensuring cross-browser support for front-end solutions and collaborating with our QA team to verify requirements and to make sure that expectations are met • Adding and improving automated test coverage to existing and new PHP and JS packages • Performing code reviews and addressing feedback • Maintaining and deploying new features to live websites using a controlled CI/CD workflow • Collaborating with our hosting partners to ensure our client's website's highest security, performance, and availability

Position Overview: Ibility is seeking a qualified Biomedical Engineer / Clinical Engineer to support Veterans Health Administration (VHA) medical centers and Biomedical Engineering departments. Candidates must have experience within a medical center environment, prior work with VHA, and a strong understanding of VISN, VA medical center, and biomedical engineering operations. Please note, this position is contingent upon award (March 2026). Key Responsibilities - Competency in conducting a medical equipment management program that is compliant with applicable healthcare standards and regulatory agencies. - Ability to manage a recall and safety alert program for medical devices, including medical device hazard investigations, to assure compliance with patient safety goals, SMDA, and TJC requirements. - Understanding of regulatory agencies’ requirements, industry regulatory requirements and International Standard Organization standards Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Certification as a Clinical Engineer (CCE). - 5+ years of experience and demonstrated competency to manage a recall and safety alert program for medical devices, including medical device hazard investigations, to assure compliance with patient safety goals, SMDA, and TJC requirements. - Demonstrated skill in communicating and working collaboratively with key stakeholders, including technical and professional staff at various levels of a healthcare organization. - Knowledge of concepts related to computer based medical systems, networking protocols, and information security as it applies to medical technology.
