Job Description
Ecommerce Associate
Lively Root
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Ecommerce Associate to be the glue between our merchandising, creative, and marketing teams. You'll be the person who makes things happen on our site; from uploading products and coordinating photography to running promos and keeping the website experience polished and on-brand. This isn't just an execution role. We want someone who spots broken processes and fixes them, brings fresh ideas to the table, and is excited to grow with us! What You'll Own - Product uploads: accurately building and publishing new products in Shopify - Product photography coordination: coordinating with OPS, managing timelines, and ensuring assets are ready for launch - Shopify management: making site updates, fixing bugs, and keeping the storefront looking good and running smoothly - Seasonal & promotional updates: setting sales, refreshing content, banners, and landing pages around key campaigns - QA: reviewing and validating site changes before they go live
Job Requirements
- What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in an ecommerce, digital, or web operations role
- Hands-on Shopify experience; you know your way around the platform
- Strong attention to detail; you catch things before they ship
- A systems thinker who improves processes, not just follows them
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with ease
- A passion for plants!
Benefits
- Competitive salary of $55,000 – $70,000, commensurate with experience and location
- Fully remote
- Unlimited PTO
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Secret Shopper Stipend
- High visibility in a small company: your work is seen and matters
- Room to grow

Shopify Plus Project Manager Company
BlueStout.com - Ecommerce ExpertsConversion Rate Optimization, Design & Dev for DTC Brands. 💸 Shopify Plus Partner. 10+ years of eCommerce experience.
About Blue Stout Blue Stout is a fully remote digital agency helping 7–8 figure DTC brands grow through high-converting Shopify Plus experiences and performance email strategy. Since 2013, we've built and scaled stores for Shark Tank brands, Forbes 30 Under 30 founders, and $100M+ eCommerce companies. We move fast, own outcomes, and don't hand-hold. High performance and radical ownership are non-negotiables here. The Role We're hiring a Shopify Plus Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of website builds, redesigns, and CRO projects for fast-growing eCommerce brands. You'll sit at the center of every project — managing clients, driving cross-functional teams, and keeping scope, timelines, and budgets locked in. This is a client-facing, outcome-owning role — not a coordinator seat. You'll be expected to bring structure, judgment, and proactive communication from day one. What You'll Own - Lead full-cycle Shopify Plus site builds and redesigns from kickoff to launch - Run weekly client calls, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned - Translate client goals into clear project plans, sprint priorities, and delivery milestones - Coordinate internal designers, developers, QA, and email teams across time zones - Maintain clean scope documentation — catch and escalate drift before it becomes a problem - Track velocity, blockers, and deliverables using tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Trello - Manage 3–5 active projects simultaneously without dropping balls This Role Is NOT For You If… - Your Shopify experience is limited to basic theme edits or template stores - You've only worked in-house or as a solo freelancer — agency pace and multi-client juggling is different - You need rigid process handbooks to do your job - You're uncomfortable owning client relationships directly How to Apply Submit your application through Workable. Please include: - Your CV or resume in English - Any relevant case studies, client testimonials, or project examples - A brief note on the most complex Shopify Plus project you've managed — what was the scope, the team size, and your role Important: Include the phrase "Shopify Hero" in your application message to confirm you've read this post in full. Applications without it will not be reviewed.
