Role Summary A Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Silver Lake Psychology provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Requirements Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications - Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in California - Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field - Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) - Ability to provide therapy independently - Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms - Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.) - Experience in outpatient or group practice settings About Silver Lake Psychology: Silver Lake Psychology is a therapist-owned private practice providing high-quality psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and high-functioning adults from diverse backgrounds.
