• Responsible for providing pre and post-sale support activities including product demonstrations, organizing and conducting technical seminars and product training. • Build and strengthen strong technical relationships with customers to build and sustain Cytiva's product for design-in and spec win in customers’ end to end manufacturing processes. • Proactively identify and conduct demo and sampling activities and follow through with technical advice and experimental support.
Job Requirements
- Minimally Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences or relevant field.
- Preferably in cell biology, biochemistry, regenerative medicine and immunology.
- 2 years’ experience in cell therapy, cell culture, and GMP manufacturing.
- 5 years of customer-facing applications experience within the Biotechnology industry.
- Knowledge of cell therapy workflows (CAR-T, NK, iPSC, MSC, regenerative medicine) and Lipid Nanoparticles in drug delivery applications is an added advantage.

Role Description The Virtual Sitter/Patient Observer provides continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients.
