• Case Management: Track each case from sign-up through litigation to resolution, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met. • Calendar Management: Oversee discovery and filing deadlines, ensuring all dates are well-documented and tracked. • Medical Records Management: Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and follow-up of medical records, ensuring all are received and in order. • Document Management: Handle the organization and preparation of legal documents, ensuring everything is filed accurately. • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries with professionalism. • Scheduling: Organize depositions, mediations, and court proceedings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. • Litigation Support: Assist attorneys with discovery responses, document drafting, and evidence gathering. • Accountability Driving: Actively hold the attorney accountable by following up on deadlines, pushing next steps, and ensuring no case stalls.

Job Requirements

  • Personal Injury Experience: Proven experience in personal injury law, including both pre-litigation and litigation phases.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong task management skills with extreme attention to detail is critical, missed tasks or lack of follow-through will not be successful in this role.
  • Proactive Approach: Ability to independently move cases forward without waiting for instructions.
  • Excellent Communication: Proficient in English, with the ability to clearly articulate with clients, courts, and legal teams.
  • Remote Work Capability: Comfortable and experienced working in a remote setting, self-motivated and disciplined. Must have significant overlap with Eastern Time (EST) working hours.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and access to firm systems and platforms (candidate provides own equipment).
  • Problem Solving: Strong ability to identify issues and devise strategic solutions to ensure seamless case progression.
