Staff Web Engineer
XBOW
• Own the XBOW marketing website stack end-to-end, including architecture, performance, and reliability • Build fast, scalable, and high-quality interfaces using React and Next.js • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user experiences • Design and maintain a modular content system in Sanity to enable rapid iteration • Own CI/CD and deployment workflows on Vercel • Ensure data integrity across marketing tools (CRM, forms, enrichment, attribution) • Optimize performance across the site, including Core Web Vitals and SEO • Improve and modernize the codebase using current Next.js patterns such as Server Components and edge rendering • Partner with Web, Brand, Product, and GTM to ship quickly and iterate on experiments • Identify and resolve bottlenecks across frontend, CMS, and infrastructure • Help define how XBOW presents itself on the web as a category-defining AI company
Job Requirements
- Strong experience building modern web applications with React, TypeScript, and Next.js
- Experience deploying and scaling applications on Vercel or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms, with Sanity preferred
- Ability to translate design systems and Figma files into high-quality production code
- Strong understanding of web performance, technical SEO, and modern rendering strategies
- Experience owning systems end-to-end from infrastructure through frontend
- Strong product sense and attention to detail
- Experience working cross-functionally with Design, Product, and Marketing
