Location: Must be based in Lithuania (remote) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Up to 24 months (subject to successful public procurement outcome) Language: Lithuanian Role Overview: We are preparing to participate in a public procurement process with a long-term client in the Energy sector and are seeking a Power Platform Specialist for potential collaboration. The role focuses on designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The specialist will contribute to the development and enhancement of information systems with complex integrations across multiple IT environments. Responsibilities include solution architecture design, business process automation, system integration, and preparation of technical documentation. Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, and development using C# / .NET is required. The collaboration is planned as long-term (up to 24 months) in case of a successful public procurement outcome, with flexible, freelance-based engagement and remote work possibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and customize solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) - Design data structures and implement business process automation solutions - Develop and maintain integrations between Power Platform solutions and other information systems - Work with Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Dynamics 365 Customer Service modules - Develop integration components using C# and .NET - Prepare technical documentation describing solution architecture and configurations Must-Have Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience (preferably 3–5 years of experience) in IT projects involving development or enhancement of information systems with integrations - Participation in at least 1 successfully delivered IT project (preferably 2–4 projects) in the role of Power Platform Specialist within the last 6 years - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) - Experience designing data models and implementing business process automation - Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with other IT systems - Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service modules - Development experience using C# and .NET - Lithuanian language proficiency 👍English: upper-intermediate 🌍 Location: 📩 Ready to Join?
