In this role, you will drive the roadmap and delivery of strategic features, integration, and platform offerings that unlock both near-term and long-term business value. - Drive a near-term roadmap of features to support the restaurant and employee experience around pay and benefits. Accurately and consistently updating internal and external stakeholders on the progress of initiatives on the roadmap. - Actively manage your teams’ backlogs through the creation, prioritization, and refinement of user stories in a fast-paced agile environment. - Be comfortable with customer outreach and speaking with customers often to gather their feedback and scope product opportunities. - Partner closely with go-to-market teams, including Solutions, Sales, Product & Customer Marketing, and others in the service of your strategic vision. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. Job Purpose & Overview We are seeking a Junior Software Product Manager to join the FAI Insite team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave with the possibility of extending into a permanent role. This is a UK-based, fully remote role working at the intersection of digital product development, consultancy delivery, and client engagement. The successful candidate will support the ongoing development, coordination, and improvement of FAI’s Insite applications, including assessment tools, reporting dashboards, data collection workflows (Inflow), and related platform features.
