**Responsibilities:** - Build data mappings and integrations using integration tools, Workforce Optimizer, and a variety of third party APIs - Support customizations and configurations for existing integrations - Work closely with business analysts, sales, software developers and system architects to understand requirements, workflows and validations to deliver solutions to business needs - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise - Learn and implement new integration processes and methodologies

• Utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, to engage, educate, and promote/influence members decisions related to achieving and maintaining optimal health status • Facilitates effective health care decision-making • Improves the quality of care • Improves member satisfaction with their health care plan • Facilitates appropriate use of health care resources • Provides up-to-date health care information to help facilitate members’ understanding of their health problems and possible options • Provides assistance by clarifying available options for the member's particular health problem or issue • Helps members actively and knowledgeably participate with their provider in their own health care decision-making • Promotes healthy lifestyles to help lower personal health risks, preventing illness • Awareness of the member’s available health and wellness programs, and makes referrals to these programs as appropriate

• Design models and reporting related to PBM financial, pricing, and analytics • Provide guidance and direction to internal constituents • Consult with team members as required • Transfer knowledge, best practices, methodology, and tools to internal partners • May lead concurrent initiatives as team lead and/or team member

• Accountable for leading and executing automation delivery projects, including being the main customer contact and ensuring client concerns are resolved efficiently and effectively. • Working close to customers to define and describe opportunities for Intelligent Automation, from business problems to solution design • Deliver external automation projects. • Building automations which are delivered on time, on budget and to the agreed specification. • Build AI agents based on Blue Prism tools • Accountable for the quality of automations and client experience on aligned projects. • Develop and share development best practices with customers, partners, and the rest of the Blue Prism organisation. • Deliver client and partner Knowledge Share workshops (not just the Blue Prism application, but also the wider Blue Prism products and Cloud platform). • Support our sales organisation with scoping and costing of assignments and projects. • Working in different types of assignments, from shorter expert roles to larger delivery projects • Collaborate with colleagues in SS&C Blue Prism to deliver value to our customers.
