Job Description: Job Duck is seeking a driven and personable Intake Process Specialist who thrives at the intersection of client service and sales. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Your daily work will directly impact lead conversion and client experience by managing calls, booking consultations, and maintaining accurate records. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, adapts quickly to feedback, and values structured processes. If you are motivated by meaningful conversations, clear goals, and being part of a respectful, collaborative team, this role offers both purpose and growth. • Monthly compensation range: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Support daily intake operations to meet booking KPIs - Perform administrative tasks including opening files - Complete data entry with accuracy and timeliness - Answer incoming phone calls from prospective clients - Book and confirm consultations accurately - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Update and maintain CRM records consistently Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience working as an Intake Specialist or in a customer service role • Experience in sales required • Excellent English skills • Sales-oriented communication skills • Strong phone presence and active listening • High level of integrity and honesty • Compassionate and client-focused mindset • Ability to adapt quickly and receive feedback • Team-oriented with a respectful work style • Quick learner with attention to detail • Organized and process-driven • Location and timezone: Remote, Eastern Standard Time (EST) • Working Hours: Monday to Friday • Expected call volume: High volume (45+ daily) • Software and Tools Required: - CRM: Lawmatics - VOIP: Intermedia - Email/Calendar: Gmail Work Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America) Languages: English Ready to dive in?
