Role Description The Medical Receptionist is the first point of service for our patients coming into the practice and is responsible for: - Greeting, registering, and scheduling patient appointments. - Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits. - Collecting co-payments and obtaining routine financial information from various sources to obtain payment plan arrangements and Medicare coverage. - Answering the phone and acting as a primary source of information to patients in the waiting area. - Performing various clerical duties, including maintaining departmental deposit logs, preparing routine schedules and reports, and utilizing analytical skills necessary to maintain provider schedules. - Answering the telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner. - Coordinating patient movement and reporting problems or irregularities. - Completing full patient registration in IDX when registering new patients and ensuring all patient information is updated and current when following up/interacting with patients. - Verifying insurance eligibility and/or benefits. Qualifications - High School Graduate/GED. - Basic computer skills: Outlook, Windows-based and Google Suites based programs. - Preferred: Previous medical office and/or insurance experience. - Bi-lingual skills. Requirements - Preferred candidate resides in Arizona due to a one-week mandatory onsite training in Prescott, AZ. - This is a fully remote position after the training period.

Physician -Medical Director San Mateo CA Remote – Part time Telehealth ~5 hours per Month We are looking for a physician to join our group remotely, to provide oversight to our clinic and staff at our office in the San Mateo CA area. The physician’s duties will be minimal, mainly providing chart reviews and occasional patient consultations, which can all be done remotely through telehealth. We are offering a flexible schedule and can work with the incoming physicians requested days/times. Great work/life balance with no call, nights, or holidays!
