Ich suche einen Setter, der E-Commerce Entscheider überzeugt und qualifizierte Erstgespräche für mich setzt, als erster Outbounder in einem Business, das gerade skaliert. Ich bin Karl Reitter: External CMO für E-Commerce Brands im DACH-Raum. 25M+ verwalteter AdSpend, 130+ betreute Shops, eigene D2C Brand. Mein Business ist gerade sehr stark am Wachsen, die Deal-Sizes werden immer größer und ich bin bereits ein namhafter Player im Bereich E-Commerce. Das Vergütungsmodell: Reine Provision, kein Fixum, dafür am oberen Ende dessen, was die Branche zahlt. Meine Deal-Werte sind fünfstellig und du verdienst einen Anteil an jedem Deal, der über deine Termine reinkommt. Mein Ziel und das obere Setting für diese Rolle: 10.000€ pro Monat für dich, weil das bedeutet, dass wir zusammen richtig Umsatz machen. Aufgaben - E-Commerce Entscheider (Founder, CMOs, Heads of Marketing) per Cold Call kontaktieren und für ein Erstgespräch mit mir begeistern - Qualifizierte Kennenlern-Calls setzen und über Calendly buchen - Mit vorqualifizierten Lead-Listen aus meinem Prospecting-System arbeiten, kein blindes Telefonieren - Erprobtes Call-Skript und Einwand-Guide nutzen und kontinuierlich verbessern - Tägliches Reporting deiner Ergebnisse - Perspektive: Wer sich als Setter durch konstant gute Ergebnisse beweist, kann zum Closer aufsteigen.
