Role Description This is a high-impact, executive-level role responsible for driving and securing the company’s largest and most transformative enterprise opportunities on a global scale. You will personally lead complex, multi-million-dollar pursuits, orchestrating internal teams and external partners to achieve decisive business outcomes. Success in this role depends on strategic vision, deal-closing expertise, and the ability to operate across a fast-paced, matrixed environment. - Personally drive and close high-value enterprise deals across global accounts, ensuring contracts align with strategic growth objectives. - Architect and execute global pursuit strategies, including deal structuring, business case development, and integrated account planning. - Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with C-level stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor and thought leader. - Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Alliances, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver unified strategies and integrated go-to-market plans. - Leverage the global partner ecosystem, including systems integrators and technology alliances, to accelerate customer adoption and transformation. - Develop and execute outcome-focused business plans, maintain governance, and provide executive visibility into pipeline, revenue performance, and pursuit metrics. - Advocate for customers externally, ensuring their needs inform product innovation and solution development. Qualifications - 10+ years of enterprise technology sales or global account leadership experience with a proven record of driving and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals. - Expertise in deal negotiation, multi-stakeholder management, and translating strategic vision into measurable business outcomes. - Strong experience in highly regulated industries, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Telecommunications, and the Public Sector. - Technical knowledge of enterprise software, data infrastructure, cloud, and AI technologies, including databases, data warehouses, analytics, and generative AI platforms. - Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, with exceptional communication and collaboration skills. - Executive presence and credibility to engage and influence C-level stakeholders internally and externally. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a track record of achieving outsized business results in complex environments.
