Maintenance Technician
The CLV Group
• Responding to routine and urgent maintenance requests from residents in a timely and professional manner • Performing general maintenance, repairs, and adjustments to building systems, suites, and common areas • Support the ongoing upkeep and safe operation of property amenities, fixtures, and equipment • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and repairs • Assist with seasonal property operations, including snow removal • Ensure work areas are kept clean and safe • Work collaboratively with site staff, management, and external vendors as required • Adhere to all workplace health & safety policies and report safety hazards to management
Job Requirements
- Working knowledge and professional experience in a wide variety of residential maintenance and light renovation tasks
- General understanding of residential building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and heating systems
- Experience in performing basic appliance and fixture repairs is considered a strong asset
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Valid, class G driver’s license, access to personal vehicle, and clean drivers abstract
- Must have tools necessary to complete basic maintenance tasks.

• Perform unit, integration, and production testing of real-time simulation hardware and related software. • Execute functional, performance, and reliability tests on OPAL-RT’s printed circuit boards, FPGA modules. • Conduct electrical safety, insulation, and grounding tests on high voltage/current modules. • Validate real-time performance, latency, and synchronization of simulators. • Develop, update, and execute standard test procedures and work instructions. • Create and maintain test reports, data logs, and defect records. • Diagnose hardware/software faults using oscilloscopes and multimeters. • Repair or rework defective PCBs, modules, and cables. • Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot test equipment. • Ensure test environments comply with ESD safety protocols.
• Responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of the Company’s line of services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. • Is provided a company van and tools and travels to a variety of customer sites to maintain commercial properties. • Performs preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment and grounds. • Conducts “face to face” relationship with Customers in the service of the client’s requirements. • Utilizes multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and roofing, HVAC, and other skills as needed to solve maintenance problems. • Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements. • Self performs the following duties in compliance company procedures, regulatory requirements and safety standards. • Obtains necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. • Creates a positive climate with the client, provides and generates customer satisfaction. • Maintains timely and consistent communications with customer and internal support teams. • Obtains and completes EFS required safety and compliance training and attends weekly safety meetings.
