• Check equipment at the facility daily to make sure the equipment is running and in good working order • Make repairs if necessary. This includes electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment • Completes general building repairs, including repair and painting of walls, doors, floors, etc • Completes repairs to plumbing system including fixing leaks and stoppages, repairs or replacement of sinks, piping, valves or drains and toilets • Replaces lighting components, ceiling tiles, and grid throughout the buildings and offices • Maintains building lighting, parking lot lighting, lighting contractors, emergency lights/exit lights, and 120 volt outlets • Maintain all equipment and inventory of product

• Responsible for managing a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program • Provides inspection services to clients, including collection bin inspections, data collection via mobile app, packaging of full containers for shipment, and conducting facility inspections • Prepares weekly submission of reports via mobile app detailing activities • Completes project billing and cost tracking operations as needed • Maintains inventory of supplies to conduct inspections • Responds to assist customers during off hours as needed • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

• Perform unit, integration, and production testing of real-time simulation hardware and related software. • Execute functional, performance, and reliability tests on OPAL-RT’s printed circuit boards, FPGA modules. • Conduct electrical safety, insulation, and grounding tests on high voltage/current modules. • Validate real-time performance, latency, and synchronization of simulators. • Develop, update, and execute standard test procedures and work instructions. • Create and maintain test reports, data logs, and defect records. • Diagnose hardware/software faults using oscilloscopes and multimeters. • Repair or rework defective PCBs, modules, and cables. • Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot test equipment. • Ensure test environments comply with ESD safety protocols.

• Responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of the Company’s line of services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. • Is provided a company van and tools and travels to a variety of customer sites to maintain commercial properties. • Performs preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment and grounds. • Conducts “face to face” relationship with Customers in the service of the client’s requirements. • Utilizes multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and roofing, HVAC, and other skills as needed to solve maintenance problems. • Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements. • Self performs the following duties in compliance company procedures, regulatory requirements and safety standards. • Obtains necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. • Creates a positive climate with the client, provides and generates customer satisfaction. • Maintains timely and consistent communications with customer and internal support teams. • Obtains and completes EFS required safety and compliance training and attends weekly safety meetings.
