General Summary: As an Origination Analyst on our Environmental Products team, your core focus will be to contribute to our growing portfolio of forestry-based carbon projects. You will enjoy significant responsibility for the management of your own projects within a supportive and collaborative team environment. • Design and implement automated testing workflows that incorporate AI-driven techniques for expanding functional and regression coverage. • Use generative models to create, refine, and analyze test cases that enhance product reliability and delivery speed. • Integrate AI APIs and frameworks to support adaptive, context-aware test automation systems. • Develop and maintain UI, API, and end-to-end automated test suites using modern tools within CI/CD pipelines. • Collaborate with engineers and DevOps partners to ensure automated tests are stable, performant, and embedded throughout product pipelines.

• Proofread residential single-family and multi-family floorplans by comparing marketing artwork against AutoCAD files, ensuring the floor plans accurately reflect design, features, labels, and client standards • Test electronic floor plan brochures to ensure interactive features display and function correctly • Provide clear, concise written feedback to Floorplan Artists documenting the results of the floor plan evaluation • Coordinate with Account Managers and Team Leads to document, develop and maintain client standards • Meet tight deadlines and quickly adapt to shifting priorities • Exhibit familiarity with architectural terminology and concepts, including AutoCad
