Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Virginia Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a full-time LCSW to support clients through virtual mental health services. This position is centered on direct clinical care and gives you the chance to help clients navigate stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health concerns in a remote setting. The work includes therapy sessions, intake assessments, treatment planning, progress tracking, and maintaining complete clinical records. Responsibilities: - Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients on a regular schedule - Complete intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial information - Create and update individualized treatment plans - Document all sessions and services accurately and on time - Track client progress and identify when care plans need to change - Provide clinical guidance and support based on client needs - Handle crisis situations according to established procedures

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active LCSW license in Virginia
  • Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
  • Comfortable using EHR systems and video platforms
