Qualifications - Demonstrated comprehension and ability to work with both Healthineers financial and legal colleagues to create, negotiate, and sign ES Value Program Contracts. - Knowledge of the healthcare industry including current trends, challenges, and regulatory activity affecting Siemens Healthineers customers. - Exceptional knowledge of financial models and solutions geared towards customer-specific situations. - Ability to confidently engage as a member of the sales team with senior executives in the healthcare setting. - Demonstrate Executive Level presentation skills with compelling content, messaging, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills. - Deep understanding of healthcare technology, digital platforms, and their impact supporting the workflow in a healthcare institution. - Willingness and flexibility to travel within the region of coverage and occasionally beyond. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree experience required. - Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the field of medical technology or healthcare finance, operations, or legal services. - Sales experience is a plus. - Willing to travel up to 50%. • Designs, developments, and deployments of the Payment Integrity and Accuracy software systems. • Defines system solutions based on user/client needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms. • Researches, identifies, selects, and tests technology products required for solution delivery. • Establishes, implements, and documents the technology integration or migration strategies. • Leads application architecture vision for services using AWS Serverless technology stacks with a core focus on security, resiliency, scalability, supportability, and performance. • Defines requirements and architecture necessary to meet business objectives. • Promotes, adopts, design, and implements event driven architecture with internal applications and third-party integrations. • Responsible for taking proposed solutions through detailed security reviews and assessments to adhere to all Centene security policies and standards. • Responsible for designing and documenting the detailed disaster recovery plan for all solutions – including the fully automated CI/CD deployment pipelines that adhere to Centene technology standards. • Investigates and advises on third-party integrations to develop requirements and architecture associated with external interfaces, protocols, and interoperability with other applications. • Collaborates with product and engineering teams to design and build services that meet key product and infrastructure requirements. • Delivers both high-level and detailed design for platform and product services. • Authors clean, scalable, modular, secure, well-structured, and testable code as needed. • Designs and implements microservices with thoughtfully defined APIs. • Ensures deployed software can run safely with the proper level of instrumentation and telemetry. • Owns designed software/service components from ideation through delivery. • Delivers and communicates architecture decisions, roadblocks, and timelines to stakeholders. • Reviews system(s) code and provides feedback to engineering teams. • Provides mentoring, coaching and skill development to engineering teams. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Complies with all policies and standards.
