This mid-senior level role is critical to the integrity and efficiency of our development process, requiring strong experience with U.S.-based projects and solid understanding of construction documentation and building codes. The position involves collaborating with internal development teams, external design consultants, and general contractors to support drawing production, permit submittals, and ensure technical alignment from entitlement through construction. The role supports the Architect of Record without stamping authority or final compliance responsibility. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Licensed Architect required)
- 3–8+ years of experience in architecture, technical design, or related roles
- Strong experience with:
- Construction documentation
- Permitting workflows
- Coordination across disciplines
- Proficiency in:
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Bluebeam
- Familiarity with U.S. building codes (IBC, ADA, etc.)
- Experience working with U.S.-based teams or projects
- Experience in commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or retail development
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of construction documents for permit submittals.
- Ensure alignment with city requirements and regulatory compliance from concept through completion.
- Coordinate with city agencies during plan check and permitting processes.
- Collaborate with external consultants and engineers to produce complete and coordinated drawing sets.
- Assist in early-stage feasibility studies and code analysis.
- Support preparation of materials for city hearings and regulatory approvals.
- Help maintain consistency and quality across project documentation.
- Facilitate communication across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.

Role Description TruMedia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Soccer Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the development and delivery of our soccer analytics products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients and partners in the professional sports industry. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior management and business partners to scope, manage, and communicate deliverables for the soccer product. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business partners, ensuring alignment and progress. - Educate clients and business partners on best practices and new features of the soccer product. - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects, providing regular status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and leadership. - Develop a deep understanding of the data and technologies utilized in the product to facilitate explanations and troubleshooting as needed. - Oversee project deliverables to ensure they consistently meet client demands and use cases. - Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement in future initiatives.
