Senior Salesforce Administrator

Datavant

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders across the company to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements. • Partner closely with Architects, other Admins, Developers, consultants, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. • Manage and optimize complex data models, sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission sets. • Proactive optimization - security reviews, release updates, and tackle existing technical debt. • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including technical specifications, process diagrams, and user guides. • Lead end-user UAT and training sessions to assist in change management efforts. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the platform and related tools.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator on core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) in a complex, multi-cloud, multi-instance organization.
  • Expert-level proficiency in declarative automation tools, particularly Salesforce Flow.
  • Experience administering multiple production instances and performing org merges.
  • Some system integrations experience via declarative Salesforce solutions.
  • Familiarity with code based solutions, enough to collaborate with developers.
  • Expertise in leading and executing large scale data migration projects.
  • Experience with deployment processes and tools (e.g. Gearset, Copado, Change Sets).
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder required.
