Director – Scientific Affairs, Cell & Gene Therapy

• Support sales and business development teams • Maintain awareness of current state of cell & gene therapy • Identify, track, and communicate cell & gene therapy market trends • Lead and contribute to the establishment of training programs • Attend key conferences and provide key takeaways • Provide strategic and scientific guidance to commercial leaders • Recommend changes to customer presentations and marketing materials • Develop and maintain partnerships with decision-makers
Job Requirements
- An advanced degree (MS, MD, PhD, or PharmD) is preferred
- 8 – 10+ years related experience in biopharma or strategic consulting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed communication and influencing skills
- Direct experience and working knowledge of a wide range of drug products
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Programs
