This contracted position will keep a minimum of 5 cases . Compensation is based on a 60/40 revenue split, with the contractor receiving 60% and Catholic Charities retaining 40%. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct individual, family, marital and group therapy counseling as directed by the client’s clinical needs. - Ensure that referrals are made to appropriate internal and external services as required to meet the needs of the client. - Respond to all referrals in a timely and professional manner. - Some experience and understanding of trauma and Trauma Informed Care practices. - Maintain accurate client documentation regarding services provided according to Agency guidelines, using the database(s) provided by the agency and within Agency time frame. - Actively participate in team meetings, and training.
