Bilingual Credit Advisor, Mortgage Renewal Centre of Excellence

• Connect with clients , you will reach out to clients approaching their mortgage renewal, listen to their goals, and help them explore their options • Build Relationships: Stay in touch with clients throughout their entire renewal journey, making sure they feel supported every step of the way • Provide Thoughtful Advice: Discuss mortgages, home equity, and credit solutions in a way that makes sense for each client • Spot Opportunities: Demonstrating curiosity, you identify ways you can help clients with other financial needs and introduce them to the right team • Collaborate Across RBC: You will work with branch teams, mortgage specialists, and other advisors to connect clients with the right solutions

Job Requirements

  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.
  • Lending Experience: You have a proven track record of successfully structuring credit deals and submitting credit applications
  • A genuine Interest in Homeownership & Passion for Advising Clients: Finding tailored solutions for your clients when it comes to their home ownership and helping people with money decisions
  • Strong Communication: You can explain things clearly, listen well, and build rapport with different types of people
  • Self-Motivated: You take initiative, follow through on commitments with a proven track record of translating goals into actionable results
  • Comfort with Flexibility: You’re adaptable in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working evenings and weekends
  • Nice-to-Haves: Strong negotiation skills, a passion for exceeding client expectations, competitive intelligence expertise, bilingualism (English/French—especially valuable for Quebec applicants

JOB SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Director and Program Managers of Clinical Services provides counseling services to individuals, adolescents, and families according to evidence-informed best practices and within agency guidelines. This contracted position will keep a minimum of 5 cases . Compensation is based on a 60/40 revenue split, with the contractor receiving 60% and Catholic Charities retaining 40%. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct individual, family, marital and group therapy counseling as directed by the client’s clinical needs. - Ensure that referrals are made to appropriate internal and external services as required to meet the needs of the client. - Respond to all referrals in a timely and professional manner. - Some experience and understanding of trauma and Trauma Informed Care practices. - Maintain accurate client documentation regarding services provided according to Agency guidelines, using the database(s) provided by the agency and within Agency time frame. - Actively participate in team meetings, and training.
