Job Description We are looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Developer who will take part in development and maintenance services for customized software solutions for large European customer, a provider of innovative software solutions for the public sector. The project includes software application development in the tax administration domain. The system under development is the tax administration system that covers taxation processes in one of the European countries. This is the complex system that covers the full life-cycle of tax declarations processing and tax calculations and assessments that included integration with multiple external systems. The project team consist of 20+ people. Responsibilities: - Implement software components according to the design specifications - Perform system integration and testing, problem troubleshooting, and resolution - Perform unit testing of software components - Participate in estimating project efforts and delivery timelines - Proactively collaborate with teammates and communicate with the Project Stakeholders to ensure that the Project efforts proceed efficiently and with predictability - Provide technical input into product roadmaps - Participate in triage activities (incident analysis and prioritization) - Support and optimize CI/CD processes Project Tech Stack Backend (Java): Spring, Quarkus. • Communicate blockers and relevant updates daily at our standup • Work with the engineering and product team to define the scope and implementation details of large features • Break down large features into smaller pieces to be worked on • Create technical designs for work and decide on things like the proper data stores, needs from background processing, or security • Implement the feature end to end by writing Rails and Vue code and delegating parts where possible • Writing automated tests (we use rspec, capybara, vitest, and vue test utils) • Plan the release of features to deliver value to customers
