Role Description Wir sind eine wachsende Marketingagentur und suchen einen neuen Mitarbeiter, der unsere internen Prozesse mit KI und Automatisierung auf das nächste Level bringt. Dabei geht es nicht um klassische IT Verwaltung, sondern um echte Umsetzung. Wir suchen jemanden, der moderne KI Tools nicht nur spannend findet, sondern sie sinnvoll in Unternehmensprozesse übersetzen kann. - Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe in unserer Agentur und identifizierst Prozesse, die durch KI und Automatisierung schneller, sauberer und skalierbarer werden können. - Du entwickelst, implementierst und betreust Automationen mit Tools wie n8n, Make, Zapier oder vergleichbaren Systemen. - Du verbindest verschiedene Tools und Plattformen über APIs, Webhooks, Datenbanken und Schnittstellen, damit Informationen zuverlässig fließen und Prozesse stabil funktionieren. - Du baust interne KI Workflows für Bereiche wie Vertrieb, Projektmanagement, Reporting, Content, Recruiting oder Backoffice. - Du testest neue KI Modelle, Tools und Agent Setups und bewertest, welche Lösungen für unser Unternehmen praktisch sinnvoll einsetzbar sind. - Du dokumentierst Prozesse, Workflows und technische Lösungen sauber, damit diese langfristig nutzbar und skalierbar bleiben. - Du unterstützt bei der Einführung neuer digitaler Prozesse im Team und sorgst mit dafür, dass diese auch im Alltag sauber genutzt werden. - Wenn nötig, entwickelst du kleinere individuelle Lösungen selbst weiter, wenn Low Code Tools nicht ausreichen. - Perspektivisch wirkst du auch am Aufbau neuer KI Lösungen und möglicher SaaS Produkte mit. Qualifications - Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit Prozessautomatisierung, idealerweise mit n8n, Make, Zapier oder ähnlichen Tools. - Du kennst dich mit modernen KI Tools und Modellen aus, zum Beispiel ChatGPT, Claude und weiteren aktuellen AI Systemen, und verstehst, wie man sie sinnvoll in Workflows integriert. - Du verstehst technische Grundlagen wie APIs, Webhooks, JSON und Schnittstellenlogik. - Im besten Fall kannst du auch selbst programmieren, idealerweise in Python oder JavaScript, und individuelle Lösungen umsetzen, wenn nötig. - Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert und hast Lust, Dinge nicht nur zu planen, sondern wirklich umzusetzen. - Du lernst schnell, arbeitest dich gerne in neue Tools und Systeme ein und hast Freude daran, Dinge effizienter zu machen. - Ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder IT ist hilfreich, aber kein Muss. Für uns zählt vor allem, was du praktisch kannst und schon gebaut hast. - Erste Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber wir suchen nicht zwingend einen Senior. Uns ist wichtiger, dass du hungrig bist, Verantwortung übernehmen willst und wirklich liefern kannst. • Build and optimize workflows using ScriptRunner and other plugins • Create scripted fields, validators, and automation-driven post-functions • Troubleshoot automation issues independently • Create Structures and maintain complex reporting deliverables • Manage Assets schemas and configure field-level dependencies • Support Junior Engineers via mentoring and code reviews

• You analyze existing workflows in our agency and identify processes that can be made faster, cleaner, and more scalable through AI and automation. • You design, implement, and maintain automations using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable systems. • You connect different tools and platforms via APIs, webhooks, databases, and interfaces so that information flows reliably and processes run stably. • You build internal AI workflows for areas such as sales, project management, reporting, content, recruiting, and back office. • You test new AI models, tools, and agent setups and evaluate which solutions are practically useful for our company. • You document processes, workflows, and technical solutions clearly so they remain usable and scalable long-term. • You support the rollout of new digital processes within the team and help ensure they are used correctly in day-to-day work. • If necessary, you further develop small custom solutions yourself when low-code tools are not sufficient. • Over time, you will also contribute to the development of new AI solutions and potential SaaS products.
