Role Description As part of the PD TeleCare team, you will remotely monitor and analyze patient peritoneal dialysis treatment data using Sharesource-enabled cyclers. You will provide both technical and clinical support, troubleshoot device issues, educate patients, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
