Data Quality & Governance - Perform ongoing data validation and quality control. - Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. - Support master data management including wells, pads, and operational hierarchies. Required Qualifications - 3+ years as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role. - 2+ years writing complex SQL (CTEs, joins, window functions, query optimization). - 2+ years developing dashboards in Power BI and/or Spotfire. - Experience supporting operations, engineering, or field teams. - Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling. - Proficiency with Excel; experience with Git or Azure DevOps is a plus. - Excellent communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or related field.
