Regional Service Specialist

Danaher Corporation

Respond to FSE requests for technical assistance during repairs, planned maintenance or installation. Also, to increase the FSEs' technical proficiency and service activities efficiency on a range of products or product family assigned to that Regional Specialist; concomitantly increase financial contribution, customer and employee satisfaction. Regional Specialist Geographic scope is within defined Regional territory. Regional Specialist will have typically 50-75% account responsibility of a Senior Service Engineer. The Regional Specialist will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for one product or product family within his/her Region; also is the Lead on that product or product family for advanced technical Service information and expertise within that Region. The Regional Specialist will coordinate with the Territory on all Specialist related activities. Join our winning team today.
