Electrical Technical Leader
ENG
• Act as the discipline expert for mechanical piping, setting the standard for technical excellence across projects. • Lead teams of modelers and specialists, ensuring they are aligned with project schedules, constructability requirements, and client expectations. • Stay hands-on in Revit/Navisworks and actively support the team, while also serving as a mentor and coach. • Represent ENG in technical discussions with clients and in cross-trade coordination meetings. • Define workflows, ensure modeling accuracy, and address complex coordination issues. • Mentor and coach BIM specialists and modelers, transferring knowledge and building the next generation of technical leaders. • Oversee delivery of mechanical piping models and drawings, ensuring technical quality, constructability, and timeliness. • Communicate effectively with clients, PMs, and other trades.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Sciences, Construction Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5+ years of field experience on medium-to-large construction projects.
- Strong exposure to management of field workflows (bridging between the site and the office): supervision of installation, dealing with things like dimensioning, fitting, routing, etc.
- Being specialized in the electrical trade. General coordination MEP profiles will not be considered.
- Deep knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
- Hands-on experience with both software.
- Bluebeam (desirable).

Salary Information The likely salary range for this position is $147,292 - $199,278. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
