Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems and hardware, e.g., servers, storage, backup solutions, switches, routers
- Desirable: experience in project work and working at an IT service provider (system house)
- Service-oriented, team player, independent, structured and proactive working style
- Driver’s license class B
- Fluent German and good command of English

Technical skills would range from standard daily support of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, HANA, Business Intelligence landscapes within Cloud/On premise environments hosted in various operating systems, to migrating systems, replicate and solve customer issues and troubleshooting system performance problems.
