Associate Growth Marketer
ConsumerAffairs
• Support the execution of growth marketing campaigns across channels (paid, email, SEO, social, etc.) • Assist in planning and launching A/B tests to improve conversion and engagement • Analyze campaign performance and pull insights to guide next steps • Help manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) • Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, analysis, and experimentation • Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to bring campaigns to life • Track key growth metrics and maintain dashboards/reporting • Research competitors, trends, and new growth opportunities • Contribute ideas—this role is as much about thinking as it is doing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience (internships, projects, or coursework count)
- Strong analytical mindset—you’re comfortable working with data and numbers
- AI-native mindset—you actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to solve problems, learn, and work more efficiently
- Natural curiosity and willingness to test, learn, and iterate
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly
- Basic familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or marketing platforms is a plus
- Internship or hands-on experience in marketing, startups, or growth roles
- Experience running campaigns (even small ones—school projects count)
- Exposure to paid media platforms, email tools, or SEO basics
- Comfort with data analysis or light technical skills (SQL, dashboards, etc.)
- Demonstrated use of AI to drive better or faster outcomes (projects, internships, personal work)
- A mindset of “try it and see what happens” vs. waiting for perfect answers
