• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems. • Define and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar. • Oversee environment strategy, release management, and deployment processes across multiple environments. • Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure smooth and reliable delivery. • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation for scalable and repeatable deployments. • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, ensuring rapid incident response and resolution. • Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, standards, and governance. • Manage version control, branching strategies, and code repository structures. • Ensure security, compliance, and data protection across the DevOps lifecycle.

Responsibilities: - Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of applications and infrastructure. - Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to maintain service reliability. - Implement automation to reduce manual operations and improve system efficiency. - Monitor systems, detect anomalies, and respond to incidents in a timely manner. - Lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-mortem processes. - Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve system resilience and scalability. - Manage observability tools (monitoring, logging, tracing) to gain system insights. - Optimize system performance, capacity planning, and cost efficiency. - Implement reliability best practices, including redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery. - Continuously improve system reliability through proactive engineering initiatives. • Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure software delivery. • Design and implement automated security controls across development, build, and deployment processes. • Perform security assessments, including static (SAST), dynamic (DAST), and dependency vulnerability scanning. • Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities. • Implement and manage secrets management, identity and access controls, and encryption mechanisms. • Monitor systems for security threats and respond to incidents in a timely manner. • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. • Conduct risk assessments and support threat modeling activities. • Promote secure coding practices and provide guidance to development teams. • Maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit reports.
