Principal Product Designer, Growth
Stitch Fix
• Lead the design strategy and execution across acquisition, onboarding, and activation. • Collaborate across teams to evolve onboarding into a more dynamic, personalized experience that adapts to client intent. • Set direction, influence product strategy, and deliver high-impact work that drives measurable growth. • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Merchandising to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and bring new ideas to market. • Define how we bring clients back and deepen engagement beyond the first interaction, connecting onboarding, early engagement, and reactivation into a cohesive system.
Job Requirements
- 8–12+ years designing consumer products, with meaningful experience in conversion and acquisition driving experiences
- Proven ability to operate at a principal level, owning ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces
- Strong product thinking paired with excellent design craft
- Experience driving measurable impact on acquisition, conversion, or engagement
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, experiment-driven environments
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence across teams and levels
- Experience with personalization, recommendations, or AI-driven experiences
