Senior DevOps Engineer – Platform

Saipos | Sistema para Restaurante

• Plan, implement and maintain scalable, reliable and secure infrastructure on AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS, ElastiCache, CloudWatch, S3, IAM) • Manage and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines and Jenkins • Automate provisioning and infrastructure management using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation or AWS CDK • Ensure effective observability and monitoring of systems with tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana • Take proactive responsibility for infrastructure security practices (DevSecOps), IAM policies, audits and continuous vulnerability analysis • Provide technical leadership during incidents, conducting root cause analyses, corrective actions and preventive measures (post-mortem) • Mentor the team and promote a DevOps culture, automation and continuous improvement of processes and tools • Collaborate directly with internal teams to define development and deployment standards aligned with industry best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in Cloud and DevOps
  • Knowledge of AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, ElastiCache, RDS)
  • Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation or AWS CDK
  • CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Containers and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Monitoring and observability with CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic or Datadog
  • Cloud security best practices and DevSecOps
  • Management and resolution of critical incidents, including post-mortem analyses and preventive actions
  • Agile culture and continuous improvement, collaborating with engineering teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development or related fields
